Nina is a commercially driven geophysical professional with 20 years of international experience across seismic operations, multi-client project development, and strategic business growth. Having held senior roles at companies including PGS, Shearwater Geophysical, Polarcus, and Schlumberger, she combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen. Nina has successfully led multi-client investment cases, negotiated complex contracts, managed full project lifecycles from concept through delivery, and built long-term relationships with regulators and global E&P operators including Shell, Petrobras, Petronas, ENI, and Equinor. With an Executive MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, she brings a structured strategic mindset, financial discipline, and a results-oriented leadership style to every engagement. Nina specialises in bridging technical solutions with commercial strategy to unlock sustainable value in competitive energy markets.
Dr Carl Fredrik Gyllenhammar
Expert Petrophyscists
Fred is the author of several innovative approaches to petrophysical interpretation, with a specific focus on clay, salinity and miss-pays predictions. His solutions have been implemented in IP (Interactive Petrophysics) software and are freely available worldwide.
With a distinguished career (30+ year of experience) as an Exploration Manager in the oil and gas industry—most recently with Breagh Energy—Fred has delivered an extensive, unified database of all well logs across the North Sea and the Norwegian Shelf. This comprehensive dataset was subsequently purchased by GeoSoftware.
He possesses extensive experience in conducting CPI (Computer Processed Interpretation) for projects worldwide.
Alena Finogenova
Exploration Expert
Alena is an Exploration Project Leader with a wealth of experience gained at several major industry players, including Equinor/Statoil (where she served as Subsurface Manager) and Halliburton. A highly skilled geoscientist, manager, she personally executes technical interpretation and quantitative characterisation work. Alena is adept at delivering comprehensive solutions—including risk assessment and volumetric analysis—to support drilling decisions across diverse subsurface environments. She brings 17 years of professional experience to the team.
Ivar Meisingset
Exploration Expert
An Explorationist with over 35 years of experience, he is the co-author of the ModelGeo software, which assists the industry in achieving accurate velocity-depth conversion. He is also the pioneer of techniques for lithology prediction based on velocity and Normal Compaction Trends (NCT). These methods have been widely implemented, particularly in regional studies where a "first look" is required or where well-log data is scarce. His distinguished career includes roles at Esso and Norsk Hydro, underpinned by a broad technical background in petroleum geology and geophysics. While he has published extensively on basin modelling, his greatest industry impact has often been in high-stakes, "behind-the-scenes" roles, including significant oil discoveries and field development.

With a strong technical foundation in probabilistic resource assessment and risk management, Iskander has successfully led exploration and appraisal programs, managed multi-disciplinary teams, and delivered complex projects. He has justified and overseen deep exploration drilling projects, conducted resources assessments across various depositional environments, and supported capital allocation and M&A evaluations.
